What data we collect

Through the booking form we collect only the data you send us yourself: your name, phone number, chosen service, preferred date and time, and a message if you write one.

We do not collect data for marketing purposes and we use no tracking or analytics tools.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data solely to arrange and confirm your appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).

How long we keep data

Booking data is kept for at most 12 months after your appointment, then deleted. You can request correction or deletion earlier at any time.

Accounts, loyalty and referrals

If you create an account, we process your e-mail, name, phone, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash), booking history and loyalty points — to run your account and apply benefits (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can delete the account in your profile at any time — personal data is then anonymised.

If you arrive via a referral link, we keep a cookie with the referral code for 30 days to grant your discount and credit the person who referred you (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

We use essential and functional cookies: session cookies for signing in (admin and client accounts), a referral cookie (30 days, only if you arrive via a referral link) and local storage that remembers you have seen the cookie notice. There are no marketing or analytics cookies.

Third parties

The site is hosted by a hosting provider. The location map is loaded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

If you book through an external booking system (e.g. Zoyya), that system's privacy policy applies to the data you enter there.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, restrict its processing, and data portability. To exercise your rights, use the contact details on this site.

If you believe we process data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb — www.azop.hr.
